Fiber optic HDMI extenders enable the transmission of HDMI
signals over distances of up to several kilometers - without signal
and image interference.
Our HDM I over fiber optic extenders amplify the video signal
between the source and the display device, so that even very long
connection distances - for example between a Blu-ray player and a
projector - can be bridged without picture interference.
The extension of DVI or HDMI signals using fiber optic technology is
also - compared to copper-based DVI/ HDMI extensions - insensitive
to electromagnetic interference.
High-quality video signals in 1080p format can be transmitted
without interference even by a high-quality HDMI I cable only up to
a cable length of a few meters. After that, the signal loss becomes
too great, which is noticeable in undesired picture interference or
complete signal loss.
HDMI and DVI fiber optic extenders for transmission of AV, IR and
RS-232 control signals
Our HDMI and DVI fiber optic extenders work with different
technologies depending on the requirements to increase the
connection distances between source and display device many times
over and enable the transmission of AV and RS-232 control signals or
USB (model dependent) over very long distances with fiber optic
cables.
