    it is a rack-mountable enclosure for a large module selection of fiber optic as well as twisted pair AV transmitters and receivers. it allows multiple transmitters and receivers to be mounted side-by-side and powered, simplifying the integration of large rack-mounted systems. It also offers an optional redundant, hot-swappable power supply with temperature management to optimize the round-the-clock operational reliability required. The modular hot-swap design allows modules to be replaced or upgraded in the field at any time without having to power down the system.

    The highly effective temperature management provides optimal cooling and very high reliability through airflows directed to each module individually. Air flows from the side of the unit to each module slot, eliminating the need for an air gap above or below the chassis and saving valuable rack space. The modules are designed to channel air from the rear of the enclosure for optimal cooling in each bay. A front panel LED provides status warning of overheating.

    Real-time status indicators on the front panel provide instant feedback on power status, communications, and alarm notification for each of the 16 bays. The front panel configuration port allows communication with each module bay for configuration and convenient setup of fiber optic extenders.
