A matrix switcher is a multi-port solution for distributing content from multiple sources to multiple displays in different configurations.
18G HDMI 4x2 Switch Matrix is a high-performance solution for content distribution from multiple source devices to two displays. Supporting 18G HDMI 2.0 signals, this matrix enables the transmission of crisp 4K Ultra HD 60Hz resolutions, while HDR (High Dynamic Range) support allows video content to be viewed with enhanced brightness, higher contrast and a much wider color gamut, perfect for digital signage displays in retail or hospitality settings or for creating engaging educational installations.
4K resolutions can be automatically downscaled when a Full HD display is connected (using the HDMI "Output B" output), ideal for getting the best visual performance from the connected display while ensuring maximum compatibility.
HDCP 2.2 support ensures no problems with a variety of 4K content when connecting to sources such as Set Top Boxes, Blu-Ray players and 4K HDR media players.
In addition to HDMI audio transfer, a 3.5mm audio port allows for separate connection of analog speaker systems and optical audio devices such as sound bars and amplifiers to create immersive audio experiences.
This matrix can be easily controlled via push buttons on the unit, while the included remote control adds flexibility for controlling multiple video sources and displays, ideal for trade shows, training presentations, or sales demonstrations
